Why I didnn't run for 1 week ? Last Wednesday , as we know very heavy rain . The rain overflowed into my compund and pushed down the wall . The wall fell on my car . And the water was knee high , it entered into my house and water was all over my house insie and it was ankle deep . My work out : clean , the house for the past few days !!
