I'm very happy because today at the Great Eastern 30 km race I got a new P.R .
Old P.R : 2h 35m 40s on 21/1/07
New P.R :2 hr 31 min today , 18/1/09

Congrates man! Salute u too as asthma doesn't seem to stop u from running faster & faster. R u wearing Adidas Supernova Glide for this run?

I used Adidas Boston on this run coz the Supernova Glide not seasoned yet .
