Found a short new route today in Lake Gardens , its the road to Carcosa . Gradual gradient . Ends at edge of lake .
Then , ran at 5 min per km pace from Jalan Tembusu to the gate which is also a gradual gradient hill of 45 degrees , I reckon its at least 500 m . Lung bursting ! Really tiring !
Did this 3 times and when back the Carcosa hill .
Still had some pain on leg muscles as I run .
I think i'll take a rest tommorow which is Saturday and Sunday to really let the muscles repair .
