Ran at 5 min 33 sec per km pace . Usually have a habit of going to toilet to pee after just 2 km + but this time controlled myself and continued running . The urge soon disappeared .
There was also some pain on some part of my leg half way through the run , I ignored it as I thought it was just a misalignment of the bone . That also disappeared as I continued running .
