Today , 1st 10.8 km I went at 5 min 11 sec per km pace . The next 5.4 km i went very much slower which is 7 min 25 sec per km pace .
Reason being tommorow the Sin Chiew charity Jogathon and I didn't want to risk getting injured or exerting myself too much .
Need to have fresh legs for the run and sufficient sleep tonight .I have a habit of sleeping late , which is not good for runners .

besides having a couple of easy days a week, remember to have an easy week every few weeks too for recovery.
