Went for my recovery run ( after yesterday's long 20 km) and ran the 1st 8.1 km at 6 min 30 ser per km pace and then finished the last 2.7km with a 4 min 27 sec per km pace .
So the last round was 2.7 km and I wanted to P.R as the last time I P.R was on Christmas Day where I got a time of 11 min 45 sec , this time i couldn't P.R again , only got 12 min 03 sec .:(
Will try again next time .
