Slept at 3 am due to house cleaning for the new year and woke up feeling very tired , only approx 4 hours sleep . Went to Tmn Bukit Jalil for a run and wanted to do my usual 16.2 km Saturday long run .
Only manage 10.8 km and pace 5 min 22 sec per km which I Felt not very satisfactory . In normal circumstance , i could have easily completed this in 52 mins .
Conclusion : Need to have enough rest before a run .
