Ran at Lake Gardens hilly areas , and each time there was a hill I went hard . I
felt that this was one of the effective ways to build power . I felt good and legs were fresh as I didn't feel much lactic acid built up .
Even though I started at 8 am , the air here was very cooling and windy .
