Only ran 5.4 km coz legs especially the thighs were feeling sore after yesterday's race . It seems there were some other runners who didn't feel any soreness .
It seems I have soreness coz i ran faster than I trained . Thus it meant I have not been training with enough speed .
But then , I always push myslef in a race , who doesn't . I always feel ache after a race .
Conclusion , need to train more at race pace so that when run race , it will just be just like one of those training runs .
