Waited for Justin , while waiting , ran around the car park at Bukit Aman for 7 rounds . He then came and we ran usual route . Met Kit on the way and he made a u-turn and joined us .

Asthmatic inhaler and remarks : 1 times used inhaler , breathing not that Ok 20 minutes after the run completed.Don't know why.
