After going to Yong Peng , it was quite ironic . Had to do a lot of cleaning up of muddy houses owned by the Malay community ( will show pictures if possible) yet also ate a lot coz of the hospitality of the church people there and the good food .I put on 1.5 kg !! . Not much running on Monday due to time factor . Just 5 intervals up a 200 m hill averaging 1 min 6 sec per lap .
