As I had to run 8 rounds , I used 2 pacers . For the first run , I was running with a stranger until my 4th round when he said he has finished and the same with the next 4 rounds .
IT SEEMS I EASILY GET BORED RUNNING ROUND AND ROUND ON SMALL LOOPS OF 1.36 KM S !!
Felt a bit of a pull in hamstring , I think its not completely recovered yet even thought I didn't have any pain yesterday and the pace was the same as yesterday .
Will I be able to join Pacesetters practise run this Sunday ?
That will all depend on the condition of my leg tmw .
