Decided to do an easy run today where the first 10.8 km is at 6 min 15 sec per km pace and the last 2.7km was at 5 min 30 sec per km pace . Didn't want to push too hard to rest leg for tmw's race . Legs feeling great but was a bit slow on the uphills .
