Things are improving . I still felt asthmatic but didn't use inhaler . BREATHING IS LIKE TRAINING IN HIGH ATTITUDE LOCATION LIKE CAMERONS .
The smoky smell near one part of the route didn't help .
This time I just tried to keep my runs below 7 min per lap for an average of 5 min 10 sec per km pace .
I managed 4 min 37 sec per km pace for the last lap .
STILL , I feel I can go faster but it looks like there isn't enough training .
