(23/5/05)-Slow paced recovery run

Just ran very slowly as a recovery run after the race yesterday . Muscles felt a bit stiff at the thighs , I suppose due to overusage of it as the race yesterday had plenty of hills .

It has been a long time since i ran so slow . Looking forward to faster runs tommorow onwards .
