Yesterday Justin sms me if I want to run at recovery pace at 5 pm today because he knew I was going to run at Hartamas this morning . I said OK . In the afternoon , after the morning run , I had a sumptuous buffet so that I could run again . We confirmed the run to be at 5 pm but he said Kelvin won't be coming coz he had run at 10 am . I arrived there , he was nowhere to be found . So I ran by myself from Bukit Aman and then 2 rounds around the lake and then back to Bkt Aman at a slow recovery pace .
